Content Creator

Position Summary The Content Creator is responsible for capturing, creating, and delivering high-quality visual and social media content that reflects the luxury brand and guest experience of Castle Ladyhawke, Sylva Social, and affiliated THG venues. This role focuses on real-time event coverage, social media storytelling, and trend-driven content creation to elevate brand awareness, increase engagement, and drive bookings. The Content Creator plays a key role in showcasing the full wedding weekend experience—from rehearsal dinners and welcome parties to wedding day highlights and send-off brunches. Core Responsibilities Content Creation & Execution Capture photo and video content across all venues, including weddings, private events, styled shoots, and daily operations Create short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) and high-quality imagery aligned with THG brand standards Provide real-time event coverage when clients book Content Creator package Edit and deliver content within 24-48 hours post-event for marketing use and client delivery Maintain organized digital asset library for marketing and internal use Social Media & Brand Growth Assist in executing social media strategy across Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms Monitor trends and proactively create content that leverages viral moments and audio Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to highlight key offerings, inventory, and venue features Support launch of new offerings, packages, and seasonal campaigns through content Event Coverage (Revenue-Generating Role) Serve as dedicated Content Creator for weddings and events that opt into the package Capture candid, behind-the-scenes, and key moments throughout event timeline Coordinate with planners, photographers, and venue team to ensure seamless coverage Deliver edited highlight content quickly for client use and social sharing Collaboration & Planning Work closely with Venue Coordinators and Operations Team to align content with event flow Attend planning meetings as needed to understand event details and priorities Coordinate styled shoots and assist in sourcing local creators and collaborators Maintain clear communication via Slack and internal systems Scheduling & Availability Full-time schedule with flexibility based on event calendar Availability required for evenings, weekends, and peak wedding dates Schedule distributed weekly in alignment with event needs Qualifications Proven experience in content creation, photography, and videography (weddings/events preferred) Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and editing styles Proficiency in editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Suite, Lightroom, etc.) Ability to work in fast-paced, live-event environments Strong communication and collaboration skills Self-starter with creative vision and attention to detail Reliable transportation and ability to travel between venues Dress Code Business Casual for daily operations and content planning All Black Attire with non-slip black shoes required for event days All team members are expected to be polished and professional, representing a luxury brand How to
