Job Description

Job Description Insight Global is hiring a Content Strategist for a global life sciences company. This individual will support the launch of a new employee intranet by helping evaluate, refresh, and enhance existing content to ensure it is accurate, relevant, and aligned with the organization's new brand and structure. Their work will directly contribute to creating a streamlined, user-friendly employee experience by improving the quality, consistency, and accessibility of content across the new intranet environment. In this role, you will review and inventory existing intranet content, assess content for accuracy, relevance, and usability, and determine what should be updated, consolidated, retired, or newly created. You will partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements, rewrite and rebrand content to align with the organization's new identity, identify content gaps, and create new content where needed. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor who can work through large volumes of content, maintain consistency across multiple content areas, and help ensure employees have access to clear, accurate, and engaging information. Exposure to content migration activities and platforms such as SharePoint or ServiceNow is beneficial, but the primary focus is content assessment, content development, and content optimization. We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. We are an equal opportunity/affirmative action employer that believes everyone matters. Qualified candidates will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, ethnicity, religion, sex (including pregnancy), sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, marital status, national origin, ancestry, genetic factors, age, disability, protected veteran status, military or uniformed service member status, or any other status or characteristic protected by applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. If you need assistance and/or a reasonable accommodation due to a disability during the application or recruiting process, please send a request to HR@insightglobal.com.
