Must be NYC-based and willing to Duties Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create high-quality content, including photography, videos, blog posts, and graphic designs using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. Manage daily social media activities using scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting and audience interaction. Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activities; leverage insights to refine content strategies. Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and applying best practices to increase organic reach. Track web analytics with Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure campaign performance and inform future initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team on branding efforts, public relations campaigns, and e-commerce promotions to maximize outreach. Engage with followers through relationship management techniques, responding promptly to comments and messages to foster community loyalty. Support travel-related content creation by planning itineraries, capturing professional photography and videos during trips, and editing multimedia assets for publication. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, social media innovations, and platform algorithms to keep our content fresh and competitive. Requirements Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing with a strong portfolio of past work. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro or other video editing software for multimedia production. Familiarity with social listening tools such as Brandwatch or Mention; experience with Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts. Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics. Strong graphic design skills with an eye for branding consistency across all visual assets. Excellent written communication skills with attention to proofreading details. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Passion for travel photography/videography and storytelling that captures the essence of destinations.
