Plan, schedule, and host engaging live sessions that showcase our brand's personality and offerings. Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and internal teams to produce compelling live content that resonates with target audiences. Monitor real-time analytics during live streams to optimize performance and adapt strategies on the fly. Utilize social listening tools to track trending topics, audience sentiment, and competitor activities to inform content planning. Manage all aspects of TikTok account growth including audience segmentation, hashtag research, and trend analysis. Engage actively with viewers during live sessions to foster community loyalty and encourage interaction. Skills Proven experience in social media marketing with a focus on TikTok or similar platforms. Strong understanding of TikTok's algorithm, features, and best practices for live streaming growth. Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software. Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research to enhance discoverability of content. Familiarity with social listening tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to analyze trends and audience feedback. Ability to craft visually appealing graphics and videos that align with branding standards using Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with social media management platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking. Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate effectively with influencers, team members, and external partners. Strong analytical skills using Google Analytics or web analytics tools to measure campaign success. Knowledge of Facebook Advertising and E-commerce strategies to support cross-platform growth initiatives. Exceptional proofreading skills for ensuring high-quality content output across all channels.
