Job Description

Digital Content Coordinator Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (No weekends or holidays) Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Digital Content Coordinator with experience in website content management and enterprise content management systems. The ideal candidate will ensure website content is accurate, accessible, SEO-optimized, and ready for publication while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compliance. Responsibilities Publish and update website content using IBM Web Content Manager (WCM) or a similar CMS. Format content and apply metadata, tags, and page structure. Ensure content follows SEO best practices and accessibility (WCAG) standards. Perform proofreading, editing, and quality assurance before publishing. Identify and resolve formatting issues, broken links, and navigation errors. Maintain consistency with website templates, branding, and content governance. Collaborate with content authors and stakeholders to ensure content is publication-ready. Support ongoing website maintenance and content audits. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 3-5+ years of website content management experience. Experience with IBM Web Content Manager (WCM) or a similar enterprise CMS. Strong understanding of website structure, navigation, metadata, and publishing workflows. Knowledge of SEO best practices and WCAG accessibility standards. Excellent proofreading, editing, and quality assurance skills. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and communication skills. Required Skills IBM WCM or similar CMS Website Content Management
