About Tmat Tmat designs and manufactures innovative automotive and truck organization solutions, proudly built in America. In our first year at SEMA, we won a 2025 New Products Award — the world's most competitive automotive trade show
- underscoring our commitment to innovation and quality.
With 250,000+ social media followers, we are building a truly global brand from the ground up. We sell direct-to-consumer on tmat.com, on Amazon (Brand Registered), and through branded partners. We are social-first, content-driven, and in a high-growth stage. This is an in-person, fast-paced environment where experienced e-commerce and marketing leaders set the standard and everyone is expected to keep up. Role Overview We run a high-volume content machine. Our Creators shoot original footage daily. Our Clippers remix that footage and our back catalog into a steady stream of posts. We post multiple times per day across every channel. We need someone who sits above that production layer and runs it
- deciding what's good enough to carry our brand, keeping two production teams on pace, and directing content toward the things the business actually needs.
This is not a role about making content yourself. It's about judgment, direction, and traffic control. You are the gatekeeper of our flagship branded channel, the day-to-day manager of our Creators and Clippers, and the person who turns a firehose of raw output into a sharp, on-brand presence. This is an in-person position based in Oklahoma City, OK.
Key Responsibilities Flagship Channel Gatekeeping:
Own our official branded channel. Review everything our Creators and Clippers produce, select the best of it, and promote only flagship-worthy content. Run AB tests and schedule posts to keep the channel sharp and consistent.
Creator & Clipper Management:
Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for our Creators and Clippers. Monitor output, pace, and performance. Give clear, direct feedback. Keep production predictable even when volume spikes or someone goes dark.
Content Direction:
Steer Creators toward specific-purpose content. Write clear briefs
- "we need X for Y"
- and hold the bar on what comes back.
You decide what gets shot, not how the camera is held.
Affiliate Coordination:
Manage day-to-day with outside creators and affiliates
- review their content, provide feedback, manage approvals, oversee sample shipments, and track performance.
Performance Monitoring:
Track per-Creator and per-Clipper output and performance. Know what's working, what isn't, and surface those numbers on demand. Qualifications Strong editorial judgment
- you can look at a pile of content and instantly know what deserves to ship and what doesn't. Excellent project management instincts
- you naturally build systems, track tasks, manage people, and follow through. Experience managing remote teams, contractors, or creators at meaningful volume. Deep platform knowledge across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- you know what performs on each. Excellent written communication
- you brief, direct, and give feedback clearly and constantly.
Ability to make distribution and quality calls confidently and independently. Experience coordinating influencer or affiliate relationships is a plus. This is a management and coordination role first. If your goal is to be on camera or to make content yourself, this isn't the seat.
Performance Metrics Leading:
Flagship channel posting on schedule; Creator and Clipper output volume and on-time delivery; feedback turnaround.
Trailing:
Flagship channel growth and engagement; consistency and performance of Creator and Clipper output. Compensation and Benefits We offer a competitive salary commensurate with experience and the significant growth opportunity this role represents. Additional benefits include health insurance, paid time off, performance-based bonuses, and 401(k). Join us at Tmat and help run a content operation that reaches customers around the world.

00 per year Application Question(s): This role is about managing and directing content production. You'll rarely create content or be on camera yourself. Does that match what you're looking for? Have you managed remote contractors, creators, or a content team before? Briefly describe the largest team and content volume you've coordinated. This role is on-site in Mustang (Oklahoma City), OK. You'll be managing local content creators and marketing interns in person, so it can't be done remotely. We're open to helping the right candidate relocate. Are you able to work on-site in Mustang, OK (or relocate)?
