ABOUT DEAF BIBLE SOCIETY
Deaf Bible Society exists to lead Deaf communities into worship and Scripture access, providing the Bible in every sign language. Our work spans translation, publishing, and discipleship across dozens of sign languages and international teams. We're looking for a creative, digitally fluent storyteller to help grow our voice across every channel we show up on.
THE ROLE
The Cross-Channel Content Curator owns the day-to-day rhythm of DBS's public-facing content — from LinkedIn growth to podcast production, video, writing, marketing, and brand consistency. You'll work closely with leadership to turn ministry moments into content that grows our reach and deepens engagement with donors, partners, and the Deaf community.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Grow and manage DBS's presence on LinkedIn and other social channels, building an engaged following Plan, record, edit, and distribute podcast episodes, including show notes and promotional clips Shoot and edit short- and long-form video for social media, campaigns, and storytelling Write and edit copy for social posts, newsletters, blog content, and marketing materials Ensure every piece of content reflects DBS brand voice, visual identity, and messaging Track engagement and growth metrics across channels and report on what's working Collaborate with the advancement and leadership team to align content with campaigns and organizational priorities
WHAT YOU BRING
Demonstrated experience growing a social media presence, especially on LinkedIn Comfort with podcast production tools and workflow (recording, editing, publishing) Video production and editing skills (e.g., Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar) Strong, adaptable writing skills across marketing, branding, and storytelling formats An eye for consistent, on-brand visual and written content Self-starter who can manage multiple channels and deadlines with minimal oversight A heart for or curiosity about DBS's mission and the Deaf community (ASL familiarity a plus, not required)
POSITION DETAILS
Format:
Internship or part-time, hours flexible around school/work schedule
Location:
