Content Creator & Brand Experience Coordinator Dainty Jewell's is seeking a creative, dependable, and hands-on Content Creator & Brand Experience Coordinator to support our growing modest fashion brand. This role is ideal for someone who loves fashion, storytelling, social media, and creating beautiful content, but who is also willing to jump in and support the practical side of the business. This position works closely with the Dainty Jewells leadership to help develop content for each collection, including reels, behind-the-scenes videos, product highlights, showroom content, styling clips, and collection launch support. The right person will help bring each collection to life in a way that feels feminine, polished, modest, and true to the Dainty Jewell's brand. Because we are a small and growing company, this role also includes showroom and warehouse responsibilities. Approximately 25% of this position will be spent supporting warehouse operations, including product organization, launch prep, packing support, inventory tasks, shipping, and other hands-on needs. The role will also include regular showroom support, helping customers, maintaining displays, and capturing content in the showroom environment. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, teachable, detail-oriented, and willing to be part of both the beautiful and behind-the-scenes work that makes each collection successful.

Responsibilities include:

Work closely with Dainty Jewells leadership to develop content ideas for each collection. Capture and edit short-form video content for reels, stories, launches, and campaigns. Assist with photoshoot preparation and behind-the-scenes content. Create product-focused and lifestyle content that highlights fit, details, movement, modesty, and styling. Support showroom customers and help maintain the showroom experience. Spend approximately 25% of work time supporting warehouse operations. Assist with product organization, steaming, tagging, packing, restocks, and launch preparation. Share customer feedback, product insights, and content ideas with the team. Help ensure Dainty Jewell's content feels consistent, elevated, feminine, and brand-aligned.

Qualifications:

Experience creating short-form video content. Strong understanding of Instagram, reels, and social media trends. Interest in fashion, styling, modest apparel, or lifestyle branding. Basic video editing skills. Strong attention to detail. Friendly and professional communication. Willingness to work in the showroom and warehouse as part of the role. Ability to take direction and receive feedback. Dependable, organized, and proactive. High School Diploma or equivalent required. Ability to work on-site in La Grande, Oregon. Strong attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines. Positive attitude and excellent teamwork skills. Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Comfortable performing physical tasks and being on your feet throughout the day. Ability to multitask and cross-train across functions. Self-motivated with a proactive work ethic.
