Responsibilities Develop and deliver lively on-air segments that entertain, inform, and engage listeners in real-time. Create original content for radio broadcasts, podcasts, social media channels, and digital platforms. Edit audio and video content using industry-standard software such as Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop to ensure high-quality production. Manage social media accounts by posting updates, interacting with followers, and analyzing engagement metrics to grow the audience base. Collaborate with the production team to plan programming schedules, special events, and promotional campaigns. Interpret audience feedback and analytics to tailor content that maximizes listener satisfaction and station ratings. Perform post-production editing to refine recordings, add effects, graphics, or subtitles as needed for multimedia presentations. Requirements Proven experience in editing audio/video content and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite tools including Photoshop and Premiere. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect authentically with diverse audiences. Excellent writing skills for scripting segments, social media posts, and promotional materials. Ability to interpret audience data and feedback to optimize content strategies. Bilingual abilities are a plus for reaching broader communities. Technical knowledge of video production techniques including filming, editing, and post-production workflows. Experience in journalism or social media management is highly desirable.
