Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an Assessment Content Coordinator for a temp-to-hire opportunity supporting online learning assessments in the healthcare education industry. This fully remote role is ideal for a detail-oriented writer, editor, or content professional who enjoys structured work, quality assurance, database updates, and cross-functional collaboration. The Assessment Content Coordinator will help maintain assessment questions and related learning content, support virtual content-review meetings, document updates, and ensure online assessments are accurate and ready for release. This is a strong fit for someone who catches small inconsistencies, communicates clearly, and is comfortable moving between editing, spreadsheets, content systems, and project deadlines. You will work with subject matter experts and internal teams in a collaborative, process-driven environment where accuracy, organization, and accountability are valued. This opportunity offers steady full-time hours, remote flexibility, and the chance to contribute to meaningful healthcare education content. Key Responsibilities
- Create, update, proofread, and maintain assessment questions and related learning content within internal databases and content systems.
- Edit content for grammar, clarity, consistency, formatting, accuracy, and adherence to established standards.
- Coordinate and facilitate virtual content-review meetings with subject matter experts while documenting feedback accurately.
- Build, test, and document online assessments in a production environment before final release.
- Track content through each stage of the assessment-development process and coordinate issue resolution with internal teams.
- Collaborate with psychometrics, project management, media development, technology, and content teams to support timelines and quality standards. Compensation and Benefits
Pay:
$22 per hour.- Job type: Temp-to-hire.
Contract:
Initial six-month assignment with the potential for a six-month extension based on performance and business needs.Location:
Fully remote.Schedule:
40 hours per week, typically 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Central Time.- Occasional evening or weekend availability for two to three hours may be required, with at least 24 hours' notice provided.
