Job Description
Connect Pelvic Floor Fitness is a fast-growing women's digital fitness platform with 10,000+ members. We're looking for a Content Creator & Social Media Manager who lives and breathes short-form video and knows how to build, manage, and grow an audience across platforms. This is not primarily a graphics role. We need someone who can take raw content and turn it into compelling short-form video — Reels, Shorts, TikToks — manage a full YouTube channel from workflow to publish, and own the content calendar that keeps everything running on time. What You'll Own Short-form video editing and publishing across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts — this is the core of the role YouTube channel management end-to-end: titles, descriptions, thumbnails, SEO, Shorts, scheduling, and channel optimization Content repurposing — taking long-form assets like workout videos, coaching calls, and interviews and turning them into multiple pieces of content across platforms without step-by-step direction Content calendar planning and workflow management across all platforms (we use Monday.com) Caption writing and social copy that sounds on-brand and converts Day-to-day publishing across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and X via Statusbrew Graphic creation for static posts, carousels, and thumbnails (Canva proficiency required; secondary to video) Analytics review — you should be able to tell us what's working and what to do differently What We're Looking For Proven short-form video editing experience — Reels, TikToks, and Shorts specifically. Show us your work YouTube channel management experience — not just uploading, but SEO, thumbnails, Shorts strategy, and growth Ability to take a long-form asset and independently turn it into multiple pieces of content across platforms without step-by-step direction Strong understanding of what performs on each platform natively and why Experience managing a content calendar independently across multiple platforms Experience with social media management platforms — we use Statusbrew (comparable to Sprout Social) Comfortable with project management tools — we use Monday.com Canva proficiency for graphics — this is part of the role but not the lead skill Self-directed and proactive — you bring ideas, flag problems, and don't wait to be told what to do Familiarity with women's health, fitness, or wellness is a plus but not required What This Is Not This is not a role for someone whose primary strength is graphic design. Canva skills are part of the job, but if your portfolio leads with graphics and has little to no short-form video editing, this isn't the right fit. We need someone who creates and edits video first and handles graphics as a secondary skill. We also need someone who can work independently — if you do your best work when everything is mapped out for you, this probably isn't the right fit.
