Raleigh, NC, USA Full-Time (W2 Employee) About this Role We are looking for a creative, detail-driven, and highly organized Content Manager to lead and manage our digital content strategy across platforms. In this role, you'll take full ownership of our brand messaging, content calendar, and multi-channel storytelling, spanning website copy, blog posts, newsletters, social media, and product descriptions. You'll collaborate with the design, marketing, and product teams to deliver clear, compelling content that aligns with our brand vision and engages our audience. As an Account Manager, you'll work directly with clients and creatives to ensure that every project runs smoothly and exceeds expectations. You'll grow professionally while helping shape beautiful, impactful spaces across residential and commercial sectors. Key Responsibilities Develop and manage the content calendar for blog, email, and social media Write and edit original content for website pages, service descriptions, and campaigns Collaborate with designers and project managers on content for launches and promotions Ensure brand consistency in voice, tone, and messaging across all channels Monitor content performance and use insights to improve engagement and conversions Oversee SEO strategy and optimize content for searchability Coordinate with external writers, editors, or agencies as needed Maintain and evolve the company's content library and media assets
Compensation Salary Range:
$50,000-$62,000 annually (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses and project incentives Paid vacation and holidays Flexible hours and hybrid work style Licensing & Requirements No formal license required Must sign Independent Contractor Agreement and Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. or designated country (for global contractor roles) Reliable internet connection and personal laptop/computer required Must be able to maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all communications Workspace Fully remote; must have quiet, dedicated workspace and access to communication tools Daily collaboration via Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar) Project management through Asana, Slack, Zoom, and Wix CMS Access to Canva, Adobe Suite, and social platforms (where applicable) Digital onboarding and shared team folders provided
