Overview We are looking for a creative, strategic, and highly organized person to own our brand's digital presence across all social media platforms. This role is responsible for developing content strategies, planning and producing compelling visual content, filming and editing videos, managing day-to-day social media operations, and building an engaged online community. From concept to publication, you'll oversee the entire content creation process—capturing the stories, products, people, and moments that define our brand. You'll work closely with internal teams to execute campaigns, launch new products, cover events, and create content that drives brand awareness, engagement, and revenue. The ideal candidate is equal parts storyteller, videographer, editor, strategist, and community builder. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, understand what performs across each social platform, and consistently produce high-quality content that reflects the brand at the highest level. Responsibilities Content Strategy & Production Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with company marketing objectives. Video Production & Editing Film product launches, educational content, behind-the-scenes footage, events, customer stories, interviews, and promotional campaigns. Edit high-quality videos optimized for each social media platform. Incorporate motion graphics, captions, music, sound design, color correction, and brand elements. Repurpose long-form content into multiple short-form assets to maximize reach and engagement. Social Media Management Own and manage all company social media accounts. Build and maintain monthly content calendars. Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, X, and emerging platforms. Optimize content based on platform best practices and audience behavior. Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and emerging content opportunities. Community Management Actively manage conversations across all social channels. Respond to comments, direct messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner. Foster relationships with customers, athletes, influencers, ambassadors, and industry partners. Monitor brand sentiment and escalate customer concerns when appropriate. Help grow a loyal and engaged online community. Analytics & Performance Track key performance indicators including engagement, reach, impressions, follower growth, website traffic, conversions, and video performance. Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable recommendations. Continuously test, evaluate, and improve content based on analytics and audience insights. Brand Stewardship Ensure every piece of content aligns with the company's brand identity, voice, and visual standards. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and leadership teams to support campaigns, product launches, trade shows, and company initiatives. Maintain consistency across all digital touchpoints. Plan, storyboard, and produce engaging short-form and long-form content. Capture professional photo and video content for social media, website, email marketing, and paid advertising. Coordinate and direct content shoots with employees, athletes, customers, influencers, and partners. Maintain an organized content library and production schedule. Qualifications 2+ years of experience producing content and managing social media for a brand or agency. Strong photography, videography, and storytelling skills. Advanced proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar editing software. Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator, is preferred. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, analytics, and content trends. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Preferred Skills Motion graphics and animation. Drone videography. Product photography. Experience covering live events and trade shows. Paid social advertising experience.
