The company is expanding its media and educational presence and is seeking a trusted public-facing voice to help build long-term brand authority through financial education content. Position Overview We are seeking a charismatic, knowledgeable, and media-savvy Head of Education & Content to become the educational face of the company across webinars, video content, podcasts, and social media platforms. This is not a sales role and is not commission-based. We are specifically looking for someone who can educate naturally, simplify complex financial concepts, and build trust with audiences through authentic content and communication — not through sales tactics or closing. The ideal candidate is comfortable on camera, confident discussing macroeconomic and retirement topics, and passionate about helping everyday consumers better understand financial markets and long-term economic trends. Key Responsibilities Host and lead educational webinars Record long-form educational video content Create short-form social media content (Reels/Shorts/TikTok-style clips) Discuss financial markets, inflation, retirement planning, macroeconomic trends, and general financial education Participate in lifestyle-oriented content that humanizes the brand naturally Serve as a consistent, trusted educational voice for the company Collaborate with marketing and media teams on educational content strategy Help expand webinar engagement and social media reach Ideal Qualifications CPA, CFP, Financial Advisor, Economics, Finance, or related professional background strongly preferred Strong understanding of financial markets, retirement concepts, and macroeconomics Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills Comfortable and confident on camera Ability to simplify complex financial topics for everyday audiences Existing webinar, podcast, public speaking, or content creation experience preferred Strong personal presence with a relatable, trustworthy communication style Passion for long-term brand building through education and media Preferred Experience Webinar hosting Podcast appearances or hosting Educational YouTube or social media content creation Media interviews or speaking engagements Financial education content strategy Experience building personal or corporate thought leadership brands Compensation & Structure Hybrid contract role Approx. 4 hours per day Flat-fee contract or salary structure preferred Estimated compensation range: $7,500 - $9,500/month depending on experience and media presence Initial 90-day trial period recommended Application Requirements Applicants should submit: Resume/CV LinkedIn profile Video samples or speaking clips Links to webinars, podcasts, interviews, or social media content (if available) Why Join?
