Job Description About the Role This role exists to lead the end-to-end promotional content creation process for assigned therapeutic areas, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable materials that support brand strategies and business objectives. Working closely with internal teams and external agency partners, the role helps bring promotional content to market efficiently while maintaining regulatory, legal, and quality standards. This position plays an important role in aligning content development with customer and business needs, supporting the successful execution of marketing initiatives across multiple channels. By combining operational leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and content oversight, the role contributes to the delivery of effective promotional materials that support organizational goals and help advance patient-focused healthcare solutions. How You Will Contribute Manage end-to-end promotional content production across channels to deliver high-quality materials aligned with business and brand objectives. Coordinate content development activities with agency partners, ensuring timely execution, quality standards, and consistent delivery. Collaborate with review and compliance teams to support appropriate content review and ensure regulatory, legal, and medical accuracy requirements are met. Oversee content creation, adaptation, and derivative asset production to maintain consistency and effectiveness across materials. Partner with cross-functional teams to coordinate workflows, manage priorities, and keep projects progressing against commitments. Maintain organized content assets and metadata within digital systems to support tracking, reporting, and accessibility. Develop knowledge of assigned therapeutic areas and brand strategies to ensure content decisions are aligned with business needs and customer context. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biopharma, healthcare marketing, communications, or advertising. Experience managing promotional content development and production across multiple channels. Experience creating healthcare professional materials, digital assets, sales materials, email or customer relationship management content, and website or modular content. Experience supporting promotional content review processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory, legal, and medical requirements. Experience submitting promotional assets through Veeva. Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities. Experience managing budgets, vendor relationships, contracts, and financial oversight.
