Job Description
Job Summary We're looking for a creative, social media-savvy individual to help grow two rapidly expanding brands. If you're passionate about creating engaging content, staying ahead of social media trends, and building relationships online, we'd love to meet you. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely enjoys social media, understands what makes people stop scrolling, and thrives on creating content that drives engagement and builds community. Responsibilities Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other social media platforms. Write compelling captions and tailor content for each platform. Develop creative ideas for Reels, Stories, posts, and trending content. Engage with followers by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner. Research, identify, and connect with influencers and content creators. Coordinate influencer partnerships from outreach through content delivery. Track influencer collaborations, gifted products, and campaign performance. Monitor social media trends and proactively recommend fresh content ideas. Assist with organizing, editing, and managing photo and video content. Help grow brand awareness, engagement, and online communities through consistent, creative content. Qualifications Strong knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging social media platforms. Creative mindset with an eye for branding, aesthetics, and storytelling. Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Comfortable building relationships with influencers and online communities. Experience with Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar scheduling and editing platforms is preferred. Photography, videography, and/or content creation experience is a plus.
