Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic looking for a part-time social media and content manager to help organize and create content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and related platforms. This role supports a physician-run brand focused on primary care, endurance sports, and health education. The primary responsibility is to turn ideas, clinic experiences, and training insights into consistent, engaging content. This includes writing captions, scheduling posts, repurposing content across platforms, and helping maintain a consistent voice and visual identity. The ideal candidate is organized, comfortable with social media, and able to work independently with light direction. Interest in health, fitness, or storytelling is helpful but not required. This role is flexible, with an emphasis on consistency, reliability, and clear communication rather than formal marketing experience. Duties Develop and maintain a content calendar Schedule and publish content across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Repurpose physician-generated ideas, voice notes, videos, and written content into social media posts Create basic graphics using Canva Edit short-form video content (Reels, Shorts, etc.) Monitor engagement and provide simple monthly performance summaries Maintain brand consistency across platforms Organize content workflow and assets Skills & Experience Experience with social media content creation, writing, or digital marketing Experience managing social media accounts for individuals, brands, or organizations Strong writing and editing skills Familiarity with Canva and short-form video tools (CapCut, Adobe Express, etc.) Strong organization and communication skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Interest in healthcare, wellness, fitness, or endurance sports is a plus Preferred Qualities Self-starter who takes initiative Strong attention to detail Able to capture a professional yet approachable voice Comfortable collaborating directly with a physician and translating ideas into content To Apply, please submit: Resume Links to social media accounts or projects you have managed Examples of content you have created (posts, graphics, videos, etc.) Brief explanation of why you are interested in this role
Pay:
