Position Summary We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Content Creator & Brand Storytelling Specialist to join our growing team. This individual must have an exceptional eye for design, understand the psychology behind marketing, and possess the ability to incorporate symbolism, hidden meanings, and intentional visual elements into their work to strengthen brand identity and audience engagement. The ideal candidate understands that great content is not just visually appealing—it tells a story, evokes emotion, and drives action. Responsibilities Create engaging content for social media, websites, email campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials. Design graphics, reels, videos, flyers, presentations, and branded marketing assets. Develop content strategies aligned with client goals and brand messaging. Research target audiences and create content that resonates with them. Incorporate meaningful visual storytelling, symbolism, and intentional design elements when appropriate. Ensure all content remains consistent with client branding, voice, values, and objectives. Collaborate with leadership and clients to transform ideas into compelling campaigns. Edit and refine content based on feedback while maintaining creative excellence. Stay current on social media trends, marketing strategies, and emerging design techniques. Assist with brand development, visual identity creation, and campaign execution. Qualifications Experience in content creation, graphic design, digital marketing, communications, branding, or a related field. Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative platforms. Strong understanding of branding, marketing psychology, and consumer engagement. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Self-motivated, organized, and capable of working independently. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Portfolio showcasing previous creative work required. Preferred Qualifications Photography and videography experience. Experience managing social media accounts. Knowledge of SEO and digital advertising. Experience working with entrepreneurs, startups, nonprofits, or small businesses.
