Manage social media accounts using scheduling tools like Go High level to ensure consistent posting schedules and optimal engagement times. Monitor social media channels through social listening techniques to gauge audience sentiment, identify trending topics, and inform content planning. Analyze social media performance metrics with tools like Google Analytics and social media analytics platforms to optimize campaigns and report on digital marketing performance. Collaborate with public relations teams to align messaging with branding efforts and manage relationships with influencers or partners for content amplification. Conduct keyword research for SEO purposes to improve content visibility and implement social media content marketing strategies that boost engagement. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging media tools to continually refine content creation techniques and maximize reach. Qualifications Proven experience in social media content creation, digital marketing, or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing multimedia projects. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite; experience with video editing is a plus. Familiarity with social media management tools including Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics. Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and marketing online analytics to measure campaign success. Strong writing skills with the ability to craft engaging posts that align with branding guidelines; proofreading skills are essential. Understanding of social listening techniques, social media communication strategies, and relationship management across platforms. Ability to analyze media performance data to inform ongoing strategy adjustments; experience with digital marketing performance monitoring is preferred. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
