Our CPG client is seeking a hyper-creative self-starter passionate about creating engaging TikTok and Instagram content, both behind and in front of the camera. This individual will support two major frozen meal brands, producing lo-fi lifestyle content and engaging Gen-Z and millennial audiences, including health-conscious consumers and those on GLP-1 weight management journeys. Key Responsibilities Conduct social listening to track trends and cultural moments to inform content creation
Develop creative concepts for static and video content aligned with brand strategy
Produce content, including shooting, editing, designing, and writing copy for TikTok and Instagram
Adapt organic content assets for use in paid social campaigns
Perform on camera with confidence, energy, and authenticity
Analyze performance metrics and recommend optimizations to increase reach and engagement
Stay current on short-form video trends and platform updates
Collaborate closely with social strategist and community manager Required Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation or social media management for a brand
Strong creative instincts and understanding of cultural trends
Proficiency in: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Canva Pro, InShot, CapCut, TikTok, Instagram Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable content ideas
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable preparing and styling frozen meals for content production Preferred Qualifications Experience using social listening and publishing tools
Background working with large brands or agencies
Familiarity with paid social formats and performance metrics
Food styling experience In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
