About the Role Melo Vision Media is looking for a Bilingual Content Creator / Social Media Assistant to join our growing team in the Atlanta area. This is a paid, flexible position focused mainly on helping us create content for our local clients. You'll be our on-the-ground support in Atlanta, while our remote team handles social media strategy, graphic design, editing, scheduling, and overall marketing. Most of our clients are restaurants and hospitality-based businesses, so we're looking for someone who is creative, outgoing, comfortable working with clients, and understands how to capture content that feels natural and engaging on social media. What You'll Be Doing Your main responsibility will be attending content shoots for different clients throughout the month. Depending on our schedule, this may be around 1-2 shoots per week, with the amount of work varying as we add new clients. You'll be responsible for: Filming short-form content for Instagram, TikTok, Reels, Stories, etc. Taking photos and capturing additional behind-the-scenes content when needed. Coming to shoots prepared with content ideas and helping direct what we capture. Communicating directly with clients to coordinate shoot dates, times, and availability. Uploading and organizing all footage into our shared folders after each shoot so our remote team can edit and publish it. Occasionally attending meetings or introductions with new clients. Becoming a reliable local point of contact for Melo Vision Media and our Atlanta-area clients. What We're Looking For Bilingual Spanish + English is required. This is one of the most important requirements for the position since many of our clients are Spanish-speaking and/or Latin American businesses. Being familiar with South American/Latin American culture is a big plus, especially since several of our restaurant clients are South American. We want someone who understands the culture, food, humor, hospitality, and customer experience enough to create content that feels authentic.

You should also:

Have your own reliable transportation and be comfortable driving to different client locations. Have an iPhone with a good-quality camera for filming content. Have access to a computer to upload and organize large photo/video files. Be comfortable communicating directly with business owners and clients. Be outgoing, responsible, organized, and creative. Understand Instagram, TikTok, Reels, and current social media trends. Be comfortable working independently during shoots. Locations Our current shoots are primarily around: Suwanee Lawrenceville Monroe Smyrna Atlanta Because locations vary depending on the client, reliable transportation is essential. Schedule & Pay This is a flexible, paid position rather than a traditional 9-5 role. The number of shoots may vary from week to week depending on our client schedule. Compensation will be discussed based on availability, experience, and the number of shoots assigned. There is also room for the position to grow as Melo Vision Media takes on more clients. Over time, we'd love for this person to become our right hand in Atlanta for content creation and local client relationships.
