Hi, I'm John. I run Two-Brain Business. We're the biggest mentorship company for gym owners in the world. I'm hiring someone to run my personal Instagram along with our brand account. Here's how we work: All of our content starts in two places: our YouTube channel and our weekly client trainings. Your job is to take that raw material and turn it into ideas and formats that work on Instagram. You won't do it alone. Our marketing team is a Head of Media and a Content Director, and you'll work closely with both to set strategy and get feedback. We batch filming into preset content days. These happen on-site in Jupiter, Florida. You'll need to be on site for those days.

Everything else can be done from everywhere. Here's the honest version of the job: This role succeeds or fails on the content days. We need someone who can show up with a well-thought-out plan and make the most of every minute I can dedicate to content. The job also includes admin stuff: scheduling, posting, ManyChat automations, replying to comments, etc. Success for us is the number of conversations we start with gym owners, not our follower count. You'll travel for our annual Two-Brain Summit and possibly other quarterly events. Reasons you should not take this job: I move fast, and can change my mind. The role will evolve. If you are inflexible, you'll be miserable. You do not like receiving honest and direct feedback. You're applying because "you really like fitness." We work with gym owners, but what we do is business coaching.

Details:

This is a full time W-2 position. The role requires being on-site in Jupiter at least 1 day per week. Compensation is up to $5,000 a month depending on experience.

Your experience:

You've grown an account before. You can edit vertical reels. Green screen, clip assembly, captions, etc. Your copy is clean enough that nobody has to fix it before it posts. You know ManyChat.
