Duties Develop and implement comprehensive content strategies that align with business requirements and user needs. Manage and optimize web content across multiple platforms using Content Management Systems (CMS) such as Drupal and Adobe Experience Manager. Design and refine information architecture, taxonomies, controlled vocabularies, and metadata schemas to improve discoverability and usability. Conduct keyword research, SEO audits, and utilize SEO tools to enhance content visibility on search engines. Utilize analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 360 and Tableau to monitor web performance, analyze user behavior, and inform content improvements. Implement data collection techniques using APIs, JSON, XML, SPARQL queries for semantic web applications, ensuring data accuracy and relevance. Maintain rigorous information governance standards by managing records, metadata, and compliance with data privacy policies. Support knowledge management initiatives by cataloging digital assets with graph databases like Neo4j or RDF-based systems for linked data applications. Develop training materials for team members on content management best practices, including scripting in Python or JavaScript for automation tasks. Experience Proven experience managing large-scale web content projects within enterprise environments using CMS platforms such as Drupal or Adobe Experience Manager. Strong understanding of ontology development, semantic web technologies (OWL, RDF), SPARQL querying, and linked data principles. Hands-on experience with SEO strategies, keyword research tools, Google Analytics (including Google Analytics 360), and web analytics platforms like Tableau. Proficiency in database management systems including Microsoft SQL Server, SharePoint, relational databases such as SQL or Oracle, and graph databases like Neo4j. Skilled in data modeling techniques for information architecture design; familiar with metadata standards and taxonomy development. Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or JavaScript for scripting automation and API integrations involving
JSON/XML
formats. Familiarity with analysis tools such as Visio for process mapping or wireframing software like Balsamiq or Figma for UI design prototypes. Experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform content development strategies that improve user engagement.
