Description Robert Half is partnering with our client in this search for a Web Content Producer to join a Fortune 500 organization within the telecommunications and digital services industry.

Remote (must be located in EST time zone) | Team is based in
Philadelphia, PA Duration:
6+ month contract with potential to extend
Hours:
40 hours/week
Pay Rate:
$40-45/hour (W2)
Position Overview:
This role will support digital content production and website publishing initiatives across a large-scale customer-facing web ecosystem using Sitecore CMS. The Web Content Producer will partner closely with content, UX, development, and QA teams to execute website updates, campaigns, and digital experiences in a fast-paced enterprise environment. The organization is currently migrating from Sitecore 8 to Sitecore 10 and is seeking a collaborative, detail-oriented candidate with strong Sitecore experience who can quickly contribute while managing multiple projects and maintaining strong QA and digital best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Build, edit, publish, and maintain web pages, campaigns, and digital content experiences within Sitecore CMS + Collaborate closely with content writers, UX designers, developers, and QA teams to execute customer-facing website updates and campaigns + Translate approved copy, UX requirements, and business objectives into engaging and functional web experiences + Manage multiple concurrent content tickets and digital projects, averaging approximately 5 projects per week of varying complexity + Support fast-paced content production timelines with typical turnaround times of 3-5 days + Participate in cross-functional discussions to help align content, UX, and technical implementation requirements + Perform content QA and validation throughout the editing and publishing process to ensure accuracy, functionality, and consistency + Partner with QA teams to identify and resolve content or publishing issues prior to launch + Help maintain consistency in brand voice, digital standards, accessibility, and user experience best practices + Contribute to ongoing website migration efforts from Sitecore 8 to Sitecore 10 + Potentially own and manage a specific section of the website, including ongoing content updates and content strategy support + Support content governance, workflow coordination, and publishing best practices across the broader content management team
Requirements Qualifications:
+ 3-5+ years of experience in web content production, content management, digital publishing, or related roles + Hands-on experience with Sitecore CMS required; experience with both Sitecore 8 and Sitecore 10 strongly preferred + Strong understanding of digital content workflows, CMS publishing processes, and website content management + Experience collaborating cross-functionally with UX, development, QA, and content teams + Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work within tight turnaround times + Strong attention to detail with proven experience conducting content QA and validation + Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills + Understanding of HTML, front-end web structure, or basic web development concepts is a strong plus + Familiarity with accessibility standards and user-centered digital best practices preferred + Ability to work independently while adapting quickly to new processes and tools Innovation starts with people.® Robert Half is the world's first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
