You will shoot and edit both long form and short form video, and you are comfortable traveling between our Charleston and Hilton Head job sites to capture the crew at work. This is the person who runs our whole content operation, from the first shot to the posted video to the paid ads.

Who You Are:

You are a storyteller who can turn an ordinary work day into content people stop scrolling to watch. You take pride in clean, finished work, the same standard a good painter holds. You love owning a project from the first shot to the final post. You bring the skill to shoot and edit long form and short form video, plus take and edit photos. You bring hands-on experience running social accounts and paid ads across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. You bring a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel between Charleston and Hilton Head.

Who We Are:

Color Splash Painting is a residential painting company founded in 2023 by Andrew Carrabba. We serve homeowners across the Charleston to Hilton Head area. We show up when we say we will and charge what we quoted. We treat every house like it is our own.

What You Will Do Each Day:

Travel between our Charleston and Hilton Head job sites to film the crew and finished work. Record and edit long form and short form video for YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook. Shoot and edit photos of projects in progress and completed homes. Post content across all our social channels, including Reels and Shorts. Plan, launch, and manage our paid ad campaigns.
