Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Content Creator to post our online content and travel to shows with us and create content and to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service be able to travel anywhere Mostly paid for outside of food , assisting customers with their purchases, and maintaining an organized and well-stocked sales floor. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced detail oriented environment. Hours range from Tuesday-Sunday 10am-7pm. Dutie Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Maintain an organized sales floor by restocking shelves and ensuring product displays are visually appealing. Provide knowledgeable assistance regarding product features and benefits to enhance the customer shopping experience. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns in a professional manner. Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Interest/Knowledge in Pokémon, sports or collectibles. Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment. Responsible, punctual, and clean hygienic appearance. Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

WEEKEND AVAILABILITY IS A MUST.

Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required. Basic math skills are essential for handling transactions and managing cash registers. Must be 18+. High school diploma/GED required.
