Creative Content Producer:
Position Summary:
We are seeking a creative, organized, and highly motivated Multimedia Content Producer to lead visual storytelling efforts across multiple brands and initiatives, including political campaign communications, sister companies: Hatley Pointe and Whisper, and future affiliated ventures. This role is responsible for capturing, producing, editing, and distributing compelling content that engages audiences, strengthens brand awareness, and supports strategic communication goals. The ideal candidate is a strong visual storyteller who thrives in fast-paced environments, can adapt to shifting priorities, and understands how to create content that resonates across multiple platforms and audiences. The position requires a blend of creative vision, technical expertise, project management, and the ability to execute content quickly while maintaining high production standards. Key Responsibilities Campaign Content Production- Capture and produce content supporting campaign messaging, events, community engagement, and public appearances.
- Create timely content for social media, digital advertising, email campaigns, and voter outreach initiatives.
- Assist with rapid-turnaround content needs during active campaign periods.
- Work closely with campaign leadership to ensure content aligns with messaging objectives and strategic priorities. Brand Content Production
- Produce high-quality photo and video content for Hatley Pointe, Whisper, and affiliated brands.
- Capture lifestyle, event, hospitality, product, and behind-the-scenes content.
- Develop visual content that strengthens brand identity and audience engagement.
- Support seasonal campaigns, promotions, and special initiatives. Video Editing & Postproduction Edit short-form and long-form content for: Social media Docuseries Digital advertising Websites Email marketing Event promotion Brand storytelling
- Manage video libraries, project files, and digital assets.
- Ensure content is optimized for each platform and audience. Creative Strategy & Storytelling
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and leadership teams to develop creative concepts.
- Help translate organizational goals into effective visual content.
- Identify opportunities for storytelling and audience engagement.
- Maintain consistent visual quality and brand standards across all projects. Event & Field Production
- Attend events, meetings, community activities, and special projects to capture content.
- Coordinate shoot schedules and production timelines.
- Assist with live event coverage and content distribution. Qualifications Required
- Professional experience in videography, content creation, digital media production, or related fields.
- Strong proficiency with video editing software.
- Experience creating content for social media platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
