Job Description

POP Hospitality Group is a unique boutique restaurant group that operates 4 distinctive Nashville concepts in Midtown, SoBro and Five Points - The Row Kitchen and Pub in Midtown , NashHouse Southern Spoon and Saloon in SoBro, The Treehouse in East Nashville and Bravado Small Plates & PizzaBar launching soon in Franklin/Cool Springs . We are very excited to announce that we are looking for a driven, design-forward, and highly organized Social Media & Content Manager to own our entire digital presence — from ideation through execution. This is not a coordinator role. You will be the creative lead and primary strategist for all five brands. You'll pitch campaigns, build monthly content calendars, produce and source assets, manage posting across platforms, and measure what's working. You'll also have the opportunity to manage a dedicated videographer or photographer as the team grows. The right person is equally at home building a grid aesthetic in Canva as they are on-site capturing content, and they understand that each of our five brands has its own voice, audience, and visual identity. Core responsibilities Own the social media strategy across all five PHG brands (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube) Build and present a month-ahead content calendar for each brand, requiring ownership-level approval before execution Pitch original campaign concepts for each brand — seasonal, promotional, and evergreen Produce and coordinate static graphic assets using Canva, Figma, and AI-assisted tools Create and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) Produce and manage YouTube content — planning, scripting, coordinating production, and publishing Manage posting schedules, platform analytics, and content libraries for all brands Handle community management: responding to comments, DMs, and brand mentions Maintain organized shared asset libraries and brand-specific style guides Oversee and direct freelance videographers or photographers as needed Provide monthly performance reporting and strategic recommendations to ownership What we're looking for 5+ years of hands-on social media management and content creation experience, ideally with multi-brand or agency exposure A proven portfolio — we will ask for it. Show us accounts you've grown, campaigns you've run, and content you've made Hospitality, food & beverage, or lifestyle brand experience is a strong plus — you understand the pace and stakes of this industry Strong design sensibility with demonstrated proficiency in Canva, Figma, or equivalent — you know what looks good and can build it yourself Comfort with AI-assisted creative tools (image gen, copywriting, ideation) — we expect you to work efficiently and stay current Proven short-form video production skills: filming, editing, captioning, and publishing for Instagram Reels and TikTok YouTube experience — planning longer-form content and understanding how it differs from short-form Strong administrative and organizational skills — you own the calendar, the asset library, and the approval workflow. Things can't fall through the cracks across five brands Excellent written communication — you can adapt copy voice across five very different brand identities Self-directed and accountable — you manage your own deadlines, flag blockers early, and don't need to be chased Tools & platforms Design Canva Figma Adobe Express AI image tools Video CapCut Premiere Pro or equivalent iPhone/camera operation Social platforms Instagram TikTok Facebook YouTube LinkedIn Scheduling Later Buffer Meta Business Suite • or equivalent Analytics Native platform analytics Basic reporting in Google Sheets or equivalent Productivity & Admin Google Workspace ClickUp Notion Slack As a member of POP Hospitality Group's family, you will have the pride of working for a local, innovative and growing company that values its employees.
