Flavoritos is an online candy and snack company looking for a creative, outgoing Content Creator & Social Media Manager to help grow our brand across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. This is an on-camera position . You must be comfortable speaking on camera and being a major part of our videos. You'll help create entertaining content, follow trends, film and edit videos, manage posts, and develop new ideas to grow the Flavoritos brand.

Schedule:

Approximately 10 hours per week, flexible schedule Responsibilities Brainstorm creative and engaging content ideas Be on camera and actively participate in videos Film and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and Facebook Create content featuring products, trends, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments Post content consistently and manage social media accounts Monitor trends and bring new content ideas to the team Review analytics to improve views, engagement, and growth Help maintain a consistent content schedule Qualifications Confident and comfortable speaking and appearing on camera Creative, outgoing, and comfortable being a main personality in our content Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and current social media trends Experience filming and editing short-form videos Strong communication skills Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Able to regularly come up with new content ideas Willing to learn, experiment, and accept feedback Experience with CapCut or similar editing apps is a plus
