Social Media Content Creator Flavoritos Arlington, TX Job Details Part-time $18 - $20 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Flexible schedule Qualifications Organizational skills TikTok Facebook Instagram Analytics Full Job Description Content Creator / Social Media ManagerJob Overview Flavoritos is an online candy and snack company looking for a creative, outgoing, and social media-savvy Content Creator & Social Media Manager to help bring our brand to life across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms. This is definitely not a behind-the-scenes-only role — you'll be one of the faces of our content! You should be comfortable on camera, have a good personality, and enjoy coming up with fun ideas that people actually want to watch. You'll help brainstorm, film, edit, and post short-form content while keeping up with trends and finding new ways to grow the Flavoritos brand. Schedule Approximately 10 hours per week Flexible schedule In-person in Arlington, TX 3-times a week Responsibilities Brainstorm fun and creative content ideas Be on camera and actively participate in videos Film and edit TikToks, Reels, and other short-form content Create content around products, trends, promotions, and behind-the-scenes moments Manage posts and maintain a consistent content schedule Keep up with trends and bring fresh ideas to the team Review analytics to see what's working and what we can improve Qualifications Confident and comfortable speaking and appearing on camera Creative, outgoing, and full of ideas Familiar with TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and current trends Comfortable filming and editing short-form videos Strong communication and organizational skills Reliable and able to manage your time Willing to experiment, learn, and accept feedback Experience with CapCut or similar editing apps is a plus If you're always coming up with TikTok ideas, enjoy being on camera, and understand what makes people stop scrolling, this could be a great fit.
Pay:
$18.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 10.0 per weekBenefits:
