We're known for our warm atmosphere, high-quality instruction, and inclusive, joy-filled culture. We're looking for someone dependable, personable, and proactive to help run the studio day-to-day while also owning and managing our social media content and presence . This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, staying organized, and creating engaging content that reflects a fun, social environment. About the
Role Hours Available:
Monday-Thursday:
3:00-8:45
PM Friday:
6:00-9:00 PM You'll be the face of the studio during your shift—greeting clients, keeping things running smoothly, and helping maintain strong relationships with our community. This includes in-person interaction, client follow-up, newsletters, and full responsibility for social media content creation and engagement . Key Responsibilities Greet students and guests with warmth, confidence, and professionalism Answer phones, texts, emails, and social media messages promptly and kindly Help manage daily studio operations when the owner is not present Assist with scheduling, registrations, and payments Support a positive, low-pressure sales experience Send or assist with newsletters and studio updates Reach back out to past, current, and potential clients to build relationships and encourage return visits Plan, create, and post social media content consistently (Instagram & Facebook) Capture photos/videos at the studio and events for content Manage engagement: comments, DMs, and community interaction Help promote classes, events, and studio culture through content Communicate clearly with instructors and team members Learn and use MindBody software (training provided) Keep the front desk and studio environment clean, organized, and welcoming What We're Looking For Reliable and consistent — our team counts on each other, and showing up matters Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Takes ownership and follows through Solution-oriented—you figure things out and take initiative Comfortable reaching out to clients and building relationships Strong social media skills (content creation, posting, and engagement) Comfortable being in and around content creation (photos/videos) Willingness to learn about dance classes and offerings Team player with a positive, can-do attitude A quick note: we love fun personalities, but we especially value maturity, responsibility, and people who do what they say they'll do.
