Job Description
Help us build something from the ground up! We're a new, family-owned pickleball club and public bar in the area, and we're looking for someone creative, self-motivated, and excited about making great content. We don't have a corporate marketing team or a rigid playbook telling us what to post. That's where you come in. We want someone who can take full ownership of our social media, test new ideas, build local hype, and help make our club and bar the place to be. What You'll Do
Shoot, Edit & Post:
Spend 2-3 hours on-site each week capturing high-energy photos, Reels, and TikToks of the courts, bar, events, and community. Take concepts from quick ideas to fully edited, captioned posts.Manage Our Channels:
Own strategy and posting across Facebook, Instagram (separate accounts for the club and bar), TikTok, and LinkedIn (~3 short-form videos +static posts per week).Drive Foot Traffic:
Partner with us on creative ways to promote bar activations, tournament hype, weekly specials, and local events to get non-pickleball players through the doors.Run Local Campaigns:
Utilize an allocated ad budget to test and run paid local campaigns designed to drive community awareness and engagement.Track Results:
Watch what content performs best, reply to local comments/DMs, adapt your strategy, and see your work translate into real-world business growth. Who We're Looking ForA Visual Storyteller:
You have a great eye for short-form video and photo content that stops people from scrolling.Self-Starter Mindset:
You bring fresh ideas to the table and can manage your time well between on-site shoots (2-3 hrs/wk) and remote editing/scheduling (6-8 hrs/wk).Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable shooting on your own phone or camera equipment, and familiar with standard editing apps (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, etc.).Note:
