Content Creator (Videography & Photography)

About the Role Café Natalie Catering is an award-winning, off-premise catering company based in West Houston, partnering with premier venues and event planners across the Greater Houston area. We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Creator to capture and showcase the essence of our brand through high-quality video, photography, and engaging social media content. This role is ideal for someone passionate about storytelling, luxury hospitality, and producing visually compelling content that reflects elevated guest experiences. Key Responsibilities Content Creation (Videography & Photography) Capture high-quality photo and video content at events, including food presentation, venue setups, décor, service execution, and guest interactions Produce behind-the-scenes and in-the-moment content that reflects the energy and professionalism of our events Ensure all content aligns with Café Natalie's luxury brand standards Editing & Production Edit and produce polished, visually compelling content for marketing and promotional use Deliver both long-form and short-form content (reels, highlights, event recaps) Maintain consistency in style, tone, and visual identity Social Media & Brand Storytelling Create engaging short-form content optimized for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn Stay current with social media trends and apply them strategically to increase engagement Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute content strategies Equipment Management Operate and maintain Sony camera equipment and related gear Ensure all equipment is in optimal working condition for professional-quality output Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation, videography, and photography (hospitality, food, or events preferred) Proficiency with Sony camera systems and strong understanding of lighting, composition, and framing Experience with editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom Strong understanding of social media platforms and content trends Ability to travel up to 50 miles one way to event locations Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and event-based schedules Physically able to stand, move, and carry equipment for extended periods Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and strong work ethic Must pass a background check and drug test Benefits Competitive pay based on experience Flexible, event-based schedule Opportunity to build a strong portfolio in luxury hospitality and events Creative collaboration with a dynamic marketing team Exposure to high-end venues, clients, and industry professionals How to Apply Please submit your resume and portfolio (including video, photography, and social media samples) to hr@cafenataliecatering.com .
