Job Description:

Sila Creations is seeking confident and articulate female on-camera presenters to appear in short-form video content across social media platforms. This role focuses on clear communication, natural delivery, and strong on-screen presence . We are looking for individuals who can speak comfortably on camera, present ideas with confidence, and engage audiences in a professional and authentic manner. While technical camera skills are a plus, the primary focus of this role is presentation and communication .

Key Responsibilities:

Appear in short-form video content (Reels, TikTok, etc.) Deliver scripts and talking points with clarity and confidence Maintain a natural, engaging, and professional on-camera presence Follow content briefs and direction during shoots Participate in scheduled content sessions

Requirements:

Strong spoken English and communication skills Confidence and comfort speaking on camera Professional appearance and presentation Ability to follow direction and deliver consistently Prior on-camera or speaking experience is a plus Usage & Rights (Important): All content created may be used for digital marketing, advertising, and promotional purposes . Selected candidates will be required to sign a content usage and release agreement .
