You'll:
Create, film, edit, and publish engaging content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and more. Build and maintain a strategic content calendar that keeps our brand fresh, relevant, and consistent. Plan creative campaigns around events, dating advice, success stories, holidays, and trends. Run and optimize TikTok advertising campaigns. Schedule content across all platforms. Track analytics, identify what's working, and provide monthly reporting with recommendations. Stay ahead of trends, sounds, memes, and platform updates. Work with our team to capture authentic behind-the-scenes moments, client success stories, office culture, and event highlights. Brainstorm bold ideas that grow our audience and generate qualified leads. You're Probably Our Person If... You've successfully managed social media for a business or brand. You understand that every platform has its own personality. You can shoot, edit, and produce high-quality videos and graphics. You're obsessed with storytelling. Analytics excite you because they tell you what to create next. You're proactive—you don't wait for assignments. You can take an idea from concept to finished post. You're organized enough to manage a content calendar while still being spontaneous enough to jump on trends. You're comfortable being behind the camera... and occasionally in front of it.
