Principal and Student Activities Director Richmond High School for the Arts is seeking a creative, reliable, and school-spirited individual to serve as its part-time Social Media Content Creator. This individual will help tell the RHSA story by creating and posting engaging, timely, and positive content across the school's social media platforms.
QUALIFICATIONS
Strong writing, photography, video, graphic-design, and social media skills. Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Canva, and ParentSquare. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and respond to school events in a timely manner. Enthusiasm for showcasing the students, staff, programs, and accomplishments of
RHSA. PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS
Create and publish daily social media content. Recognize student and staff birthdays. Promote school events, performances, athletics, celebrations, announcements, and important deadlines. Capture and highlight "all things RHSA," including student learning, creativity, staff accomplishments, partnerships, and school culture. Develop graphics, captions, reels, stories, and other engaging digital content. Maintain a consistent RHSA brand, voice, and visual identity. Coordinate with the principal and designated staff to ensure content is accurate, appropriate, and timely. Follow all district policies regarding student privacy, media permissions, and social media use.
