Job Description

Junior Digital Producer Role Overview Digital work doesn't ship itself. Behind every website, display campaign, and digital experience is someone making sure it's built right, tested thoroughly, and delivered on time. At WHITE64, that's where the Junior Digital Producer comes in. This is an entry-level role in our Digital Production function — a hands-on position for someone who's organized, digitally curious, and ready to learn how creative work gets made and launched in a full-service agency environment. You'll support Digital Producers across multiple client accounts, own QA on real deliverables, and build the skills to grow into a Producer role. Key Responsibilities Support day-to-day execution of digital projects — tracking timelines, tasks, and deliverables across multiple accounts Maintain project documentation including plans, status reports, meeting notes, and asset logs Gather, organize, and manage client-provided content and digital assets for production use Conduct thorough QA testing on websites, landing pages, display ads, and other digital deliverables Document bugs and technical issues clearly and route them to the right team member for resolution Coordinate with Account Management, Creative, Copy, and Technology teams to keep projects on track Assist with meeting prep, agendas, and follow-up documentation for internal and client meetings Skills & Qualifications 0-2 years of experience in a digital, agency, marketing, or production environment (internships count) Foundational digital literacy — working familiarity with how websites, display ads, and social content are built and delivered Highly organized with strong attention to detail and consistent follow-through across multiple projects Clear written and verbal communicator — in documentation, status updates, and team correspondence Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; familiarity with Asana or similar PM tools is a plus Basic HTML knowledge or exposure to CMS platforms like WordPress is a bonus; curiosity to learn is a must About
