Social Media Content Manager

Short-Form Video (IG & TikTok) + Web Content (Blog & Landing Pages)

Hands-on creation + performance-driven iteration What you'll do Own short-form video content end-to-end: concept → shoot → edit → publish Create native, engaging sports card and TCG-themed content for Instagram Reels and TikTok Develop repeatable content formats and series that compound over time Plan, maintain, and execute against a content calendar across social and web Integrate social content into a broader funnel that drives website traffic and conversion Independently film content (primarily mobile-first) Edit videos with strong hooks, pacing, captions, and sound selection optimized per platform Write captions, on-screen copy, and light long-form content aligned with brand voice Create and maintain web content, including blog posts and landing page copy Track and report performance metrics (reach, engagement, saves, follows, traffic, conversion) Use data and qualitative insights to refine creative direction week over week Collaborate with product and leadership to translate launches, features, and moments into content Experiment with generative AI to efficiently develop compelling content What we're looking for Demonstrated success creating or growing Instagram and/or TikTok accounts (brand or personal) Proven ability to connect social storytelling to website traffic and conversion Strong instincts for short-form storytelling and internet culture Comfortable working autonomously with minimal oversight Proficient in CapCut, Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools Proficient in generative AI image/ video creation, storytelling Deep understanding of platform algorithms, trends, and hooks (not just best practices) Data-aware and opinionated—able to explain why something worked or didn't High taste level: you know what's cool, what's boring, and what's trying too hard Nice to have Experience in startups, marketplaces, e-commerce, or collectibles Comfort appearing on camera (not required, but a plus) Familiarity with basic SEO principles for blog and landing page content
