Own structure, hiring decisions, and performance standards across DTC, marketplace, and lifecycle. Multi-Channel Revenue Own the P&L across Moultrie.com, and support the P&L forAmazon, and Walmart. Set channel strategy and drive profitable growth. Track what matters: conversion, AOV, ACOS/TACOS, Buy Box %, organic rank,
CLV, CLTV:
CAC, and NPS. Make calls from data. Move fast. Amazon & Marketplace Treat Amazon and Walmart as distinct businesses

Job Requirements 5+ years leading e-commerce, with direct P&L ownership Proven revenue growth across DTC and at least one major marketplace (Amazon or Walmart) Expert in
GA4, A/B
testing, and conversion optimization Hands-on Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central experience Experience with Magento, Shopify Plus, or BigCommerce Lifecycle marketing experience
  • Klaviyo, Attentive, or similar Bachelor's in marketing, business, or related field Essential Job Function
  • Walmart Seller Center and Walmart Connect experience
  • SEO expertise across DTC and marketplace listings
  • Experience with subscription or membership commerce
  • Background in outdoor, sporting goods, or consumer electronics
