Job Description

About the role Every product we sell has to exist somewhere before anyone can buy it. That's this job. You'll build new product listings across Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, and our growing set of channels. This includes writing the titles and descriptions, loading the spec data, getting images and variations right, and pushing each listing live. What you'll do Create new product listings per the assign marketplace(s) Write keyword-optimized titles, bullet points, and descriptions that rank in marketplace search and read well to a real shopper Apply relevant search terms, backend keywords, and category-specific attributes Enter complete and accurate specification data, dimensions, model numbers, compatibility, connectivity, technical attributes Build and upload flat files / bulk templates to load or update listings at scale Audit live listings for accuracy against manufacturer specs and correct discrepancies Track your listing pipeline and report on what's live, what's pending, and what's blocked What we're looking for Strong written English and the ability to describe a product clearly and accurately Comfortable in Excel or Google Sheets (filtering, sorting, basic formulas or willingness to learn) Genuinely detail-oriented Able to manage a queue of work and keep it moving Curious about consumer electronics and how products get found online Nice to have (not required) Any exposure to e-commerce platforms Familiarity with SEO or keyword research concepts Experience with product data and catalog management Consumer electronics product knowledge (TVs, audio, mounts, accessories)
