Daily job responsibilities will require cross-functional interaction with several departments, including Engineering, Marketing, Production, Distribution, and Sales. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintain constant communication with overseas vendors to obtain product information. Coordinate new product launches through the company's existing project management tools, including Monday.com and Asana. Collaborate with the appropriate departments to support new product launch tasks, including spec sheet creation, production assembly updates, final packaging, website, catalog and price sheet updates, and certification completion. Coordinate communications with multiple departments regarding new product releases and engineering change notices to ensure all departments update processes, systems, files, and related materials. Audit databases, websites, product catalogs, packaging, and other materials to ensure data, text, and pricing integrity. Manage and remove obsolete products and options. Identify areas for improvement in product- and pricing-related processes. Update product and pricing information in various systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Other responsibilities in line with product management may be assigned.
