Planner - Ecommerce DNAM Brands is a family-owned and operated company that owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Allbirds, Badgley Mischka, and more. We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Planner to drive the financial performance of our direct-to-consumer business through strategic inventory planning, forecasting, and assortment management ownership. This role is responsible for ensuring inventory, sales, and receipt plans are aligned with financial goals, customer demand, and overall business objectives. Responsibilities Own and manage the E-Commerce forecasting and inventory planning process Develop seasonal buy plans, assortment strategies, and receipt plans across product categories Monitor daily and weekly sales performance, identifying risks and opportunities to maximize revenue and profitability Partner with Finance, Marketing, and E-Commerce teams to align product and financial strategies Analyze inventory productivity, sell-through, margin performance, and weeks-on-hand to optimize inventory investments Develop pricing, promotional, and markdown recommendations to support business objectives Support e-commerce promotional planning and ensure alignment between inventory, site merchandising, and marketing initiatives Prepare weekly, monthly, and seasonal business recaps, forecasts, and reporting Identify chase opportunities and partner with Buying and Production teams to ensure inventory availability and timely deliveries Communicate business trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership and cross-functional partners Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Merchandising, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred 2 years of merchandise planning, inventory planning, allocation, or e-commerce planning experience within retail, apparel, or fashion. Experience supporting forecasting, inventory management, and assortment planning. Strong understanding of inventory productivity, sell-through, gross margin, and inventory turn metrics Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and reporting functions Experience with planning, ERP, or reporting tools such as Prediko, AIMS, Tik Tok Shop, Shopify, or Google Analytics preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business recommendations Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
