Planner - Wholesale DNAM Brands is a family-owned and operated company that owns and licenses a portfolio of globally recognized fashion and lifestyle brands, including Von Dutch, Ed Hardy, Valentino Orlandi, Allbirds, Badgley Mischka, and more. We are looking to hire a full-time Technical Designer for DNAM Brands.

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Planner to support merchandise planning, inventory management, and sales forecasting across our e-commerce business. This role plays a key part in driving revenue, maximizing inventory productivity, and ensuring the right products are available at the right time to support business growth. Responsibilities Analyze sales, inventory, and e-commerce performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities Develop forecasts, inventory plans, and SKU-level projections to support business objectives Manage inventory levels and replenishment strategies to maintain optimal stock positions Execute monthly buys and support seasonal assortment planning in partnership with Merchandising and leadership teams Monitor inventory performance, sell-through rates, and product productivity to maximize revenue and margin Collaborate with E-Commerce, Production, and Wholesale teams to align inventory and sales strategies Review purchase order flow, production timelines, and delivery schedules, making recommendations to improve inventory efficiency Conduct size and assortment analysis to support accurate buying and allocation decisions Prepare and communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly business recaps and reporting Identify process improvements and contribute to planning best practices across the organization Qualifications 2 years of experience in merchandise planning, inventory management, allocation, or a related analytical role within retail, apparel, or e-commerce Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience preferred Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis functions Strong understanding of forecasting, replenishment, inventory management, and merchandise planning principles Experience with planning, ERP, or reporting tools such as Prediko, AIMS, Tik Tok Shop, Shopify, or Google Analytics preferred Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong attention to detail Strong communication skills with the ability to present insights and recommendations to cross-functional teams
