This position will be responsible for driving sales performance, managing day-to-day relationships with major retail and distribution partners, developing promotional strategies, and identifying new business opportunities across the North American market. The successful candidate will work closely with internal sales, marketing, operations, inventory, and finance teams to ensure the successful execution of account strategies and sales programs. Key Responsibilities Manage and grow assigned e-commerce 1P/vendor accounts and national retail or distribution accounts. Develop and execute account-specific sales plans to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth objectives. Maintain strong working relationships with retail buyers, category managers, vendor managers, distributors, and other key account contacts. Serve as the primary liaison between the company and assigned retail or distribution partners. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to plan, launch, and track promotions, seasonal programs, product launches, and reseller incentive programs. Identify opportunities to expand product assortment, improve account penetration, and increase sales across existing accounts. Develop new retail, e-commerce, and distribution accounts that align with the company's sales strategy. Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead development, product presentations, pricing discussions, proposal preparation, negotiations, onboarding, and follow-up. Monitor account performance, sales trends, inventory levels, forecasts, purchase orders, pricing, promotions, returns, and other key business metrics. Analyze market trends, competitive activity, customer demand, pricing, and category performance to identify risks and growth opportunities. Coordinate with internal teams to support product setup, item maintenance, content accuracy, inventory planning, order fulfillment, and promotional execution. Prepare and provide regular sales reports, forecasts, account updates, and project status reports to senior management. Conduct business reviews and present sales plans, product recommendations, promotional opportunities, and performance results to internal and external stakeholders. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Contixo's products, programs, pricing, competitive positioning, and upcoming product launches. Provide product training and ongoing support to internal sales teams, retail partners, and distributor networks. Represent the company at trade shows, vendor meetings, account reviews, and other industry events when required. Provide support in other business areas as needed to contribute to the company's overall success. Requirements At least five years of experience in e-commerce account management, retail sales, business development, channel sales, or a related role. Demonstrated experience managing e-commerce 1P/vendor relationships with major retailers, marketplaces, or distributors. Experience working with national retailers, retail buyers, distributors, or channel partners such as D&H, Ingram Micro, Petra, or similar organizations. Proven track record of meeting sales targets, growing accounts, launching new products, or developing new business. Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, including vendor account management, product setup, pricing, promotions, forecasting, inventory, purchase orders, and sales reporting. Consumer electronics sales or business development experience is strongly preferred. Existing relationships within the consumer electronics, retail, e-commerce, or distribution industries are a plus. Excellent negotiation, presentation, relationship-management, and customer-facing skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate sales performance, market trends, pricing, competition, and business opportunities. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple accounts, projects, and deadlines simultaneously. High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with retailer vendor portals, ERP systems, CRM platforms, or business intelligence tools is preferred. Self-motivated, proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively. Willingness to travel for customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events when necessary. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, E-Commerce, or a related field. Experience managing major e-commerce or retail 1P accounts. Experience in the consumer electronics, technology, toys, or related product categories. Established relationships with retail buyers, category managers, distributors, or other relevant industry partners.
