Job Description

E-commerce Growth Marketer alt super store Commerce, CA Job Details Full-time $90,000 - $100,000 a year 2 hours ago Benefits Paid time off Employee discount Qualifications Social media advertising B2C Shopify E-commerce Online retail experience TikTok Marketing controlled experiments research Conversion rate optimization (CRO) Full Job Description Role Overview We're looking for an E-Commerce Growth Marketer to own conversion rate optimization (CRO), landing pages, and retention marketing across our portfolio of direct-to-consumer (DTC) wellness brands. You'll run A/B testing on Shopify and Woocommerce, set lifecycle marketing strategy in Klaviyo, and support paid media across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Shop, and Amazon. If you've spent the last few years on an e-commerce or growth team, running tests, building pages, and driving the numbers while someone else presented them, this is the seat where that changes. You'll own outcomes across multiple brands, work directly with leadership, and direct third-party contractors and agencies rather than living in ad accounts. The scope of this role grows as the portfolio does.
Core Responsibilities:
Conversion rate optimization and landing pages. You own the CRO loop end to end: A/B testing, product detail pages (PDPs), landing pages, offer structure, bundling, and average order value (AOV) mechanics across our e-commerce storefronts. Retention and lifecycle marketing strategy. Subscription and replenishment programs, win-back campaigns, and lifecycle architecture in Klaviyo. Paid media direction. You will collaborate with a growth agency and in-house support who handle daily account management across Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, and Amazon Ads. You set the testing roadmap, allocate budget, and hold execution accountable to targets. You should be fluent in platform mechanics. Who you are Required 3-5 years in e-commerce or growth marketing at a DTC brand, ideally $5M-$20M in revenue You've personally run CRO and landing page A/B tests with before/after numbers you can defend You've worked inside subscription or retention programs for repeat-purchase products, and you have opinions about what actually drives LTV Hands-on with Shopify and Klaviyo, or close equivalents you can map over quickly You've worked with media buyers or agencies and can read a Meta Ads account well enough to call out what's not working You think in repeatable systems, not one-off fixes; the same playbook should work across brands You operate on outcomes, not activity. You'd rather kill a losing test fast than defend it Nice to Have Experience in CPG, supplements, wellness, or alternative lifestyle categories Comfort working in a startup or scaling environment with lean resources
