Full-time, In person About Caravan Group Caravan Group is a multi-channel eCommerce retailer selling home goods, pet supplies, kitchen tools, and other consumer products across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and other online marketplaces. As we continue expanding our product catalog and growing across channels, we are hiring an Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist to improve product listings, advertising performance, and marketplace sales. Role Overview The Ecommerce Marketplace Specialist will manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and other marketplaces. This role is responsible for improving listing content, keyword rankings, conversion rates, advertising efficiency, pricing, promotions, and overall SKU-level sales performance. The ideal candidate understands how marketplace content, SEO, PPC, pricing, reviews, images, and competitor positioning work together to drive traffic and sales. This is a hands-on role for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow products across major eCommerce platforms. Responsibilities Create, update, and optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Shopify, and other marketplaces Improve product titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, backend search terms, images, A+ content, and variation structure Own SKU-level marketplace performance, including traffic, conversion rate, sales, ranking, pricing, promotions, and profitability Research competitors, keywords, market trends, pricing, reviews, and promotional opportunities Monitor listing health, suppressed listings, catalog issues, variation issues, compliance issues, and marketplace performance problems Analyze Amazon PPC and marketplace advertising data, including spend, ACOS, ROAS, impressions, clicks, conversion rate, and sales impact Optimize Amazon Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and other marketplace advertising campaigns Support new product launches by creating listings, researching keywords, reviewing competitors, and planning launch promotions Prepare weekly sales, advertising, and listing performance reports with clear recommendations Coordinate with internal teams on product content, images, pricing, inventory availability, promotions, and launch timing Identify opportunities to increase traffic, improve conversion, and grow sales across assigned products Qualifications 2+ years of hands-on experience managing eCommerce marketplace listings Experience with Amazon Seller Central required Experience optimizing Amazon product listings and Amazon PPC campaigns strongly preferred Experience with Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Shopify, or other marketplaces preferred Strong understanding of marketplace SEO, keyword research, listing optimization, pricing, promotions, and conversion improvement Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including working with sales, advertising, and performance reports Ability to analyze data and turn insights into specific actions that improve sales Strong written communication skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple products, deadlines, and marketplace issues at the same time Experience with new product launches, A+ content, brand storefronts, or marketplace promotions is a plus Experience with channel management, keyword research, or marketplace analytics tools is a plus Bachelor's degree preferred Bilingual in Chinese or Spanish is a plus What Success Looks Like A successful person in this role will help
