Job Description

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Marketplace Specialist to take ownership of launching and managing our products across multiple major online marketplaces. This is a hands-on position for someone who can take a product from the initial product information and assets and turn it into a complete, optimized, compliant, and live marketplace listing from start to finish. Our products are sold across major online retailers including Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Target Plus, Wayfair, Kohl's, Chewy, and other marketplaces. What You'll Be Responsible For You will manage the complete product onboarding and listing process across our marketplaces, including: Create and publish new product listings from start to finish Write and optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, features, and specifications Determine appropriate marketplace categories and product taxonomy Complete marketplace-specific product attributes and required fields Build and manage parent/child listings, variations, sizes, colors, and pack quantities Upload and organize product images, lifestyle images, infographics, and other digital assets Manage UPC/GTIN, SKU, model number, and product identifier requirements Prepare and manage marketplace upload templates, spreadsheets, feeds, and bulk uploads Map products and attributes between our internal catalog and individual marketplaces Troubleshoot listing errors, suppressed listings, rejected products, and missing attributes Work through marketplace portals and support cases to get products approved and live Maintain pricing, product information, specifications, inventory settings, and listing accuracy Audit existing listings and correct inconsistencies across marketplaces Optimize listings for marketplace search and conversion Ensure listings comply with each retailer's content and marketplace requirements Track every product from initial setup through approval and publication Maintain a master product catalog and marketplace launch/status tracker Marketplaces Experience with several of the following is strongly preferred: Amazon Seller Central, Walmart Marketplace, Home Depot, Lowe's, Target Plus, Wayfair, Kohl's Marketplace, Chewy, Shopify, and other major retail marketplaces. Experience with marketplace integration platforms, PIM systems, feed management software, or EDI systems is a major plus. What We're Looking For We want someone who is extremely organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and capable of working independently. The ideal candidate does not need to be walked through every step. When given a new product, they should be able to determine what information is required, identify what is missing, solve marketplace errors, and continue working until the product is successfully published. You should be comfortable managing hundreds or potentially thousands of SKUs across multiple marketplaces. Qualifications Previous e-commerce marketplace management experience Experience creating and managing product listings Strong Excel and/or Google Sheets skills Experience with bulk product uploads and marketplace templates Excellent written English and product-content skills Strong attention to detail Ability to manage large amounts of product data Understanding of SKUs, UPCs/GTINs, variations, attributes, taxonomy, and product feeds Ability to troubleshoot marketplace errors without constant supervision Strong organizational and project-management skills Experience marketplace integration/feed-management software is highly desirable. What Success Looks Like Success in this position means we can hand you a product and you take responsibility for everything required to get it properly listed, optimized, approved, and live across every applicable marketplace. You will know which products are live, which are pending, which have errors, what needs to be fixed, and what marketplace should be launched next. We are looking for someone who will own the marketplace implementation process , not simply complete individual listing tasks.
Pay:
$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
