Monday through Friday, 9am - 5pm PST Essential Duties and Responsibilities We are seeking a highly motivated and creative brand assistant! This role offers a high-touch opportunity to assist with all things

Must know Shopify.

INVENTORY AND SORTING

? Help manage our Shopify backend including inventory updates, app integration, and uploading new products. ? Assist with inventory control, verification of stock, perform physical counts on items. ? Assist with hand tagging and identifying items. ? Oversee sorting merchandise into appropriate warehouse location. ? Performing inventory controls and keeping quality standards high. ? Learn our product and become familar with core styles and fabrics. PRODUCT and ORDERS ? Prepare orders to be fulfilled, pulling items, preparing orders, and placing orders in the shipping area as needed during high volume time periods. ? Assist with expediting any special PR shipments. ? Understand high order packing standards and quality control.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

? Help answer customer queries regarding order status, returns, and shipping questions. ? Process returns and exchanges through our returns software.

MISCELLANEOUS

? Assist with general warehouse tasks as needed (labeling samples, catalogue trim/raw materials, pull photo samples for shoots. ? Assist Customer Care with sales events.
