Full Job Description Job Type:
Full-Time Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic e-Commerce Specialist to join our Tesla EV team. This role focuses on managing Amazon listings, monitoring inventory across sales channels, and supporting product development initiatives. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor products — and above all, a willingness to learn and grow. This position offers a unique opportunity to expand your e-commerce expertise while collaborating across teams in a fast-paced, supportive environment. Job Duties Manage and optimize Amazon product listings including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and pricing to maximize visibility and conversions Plan and execute promotional campaigns aligned with sales goals, and analyze performance metrics including ROI, conversion rates, and traffic data Monitor and manage inventory levels across sales channels, conduct sales forecasting, and coordinate orders with relevant departments Handle operational and customer-related issues such as listing errors, negative reviews, and Amazon policy violations in collaboration with internal teams and Amazon Seller Support Research market trends, customer needs, and competitor products to support product planning and identify growth opportunities Collaborate with the development team on product direction, timelines, and launches across legal, marketing, and operational functions Test automobile products including interior and exterior accessories, and document findings with feedback for the development team Skills Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Effective problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment Excellent organizational skills for managing multiple priorities Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or related software Requirements Open to both entry-level candidates and experienced professionals with up to 5 years of relevant experience Bachelor's degree required Korean/English bilingual proficiency with basic speaking, writing and intermediate understanding skills U.S. work authorization required New employees to Spigen Inc, will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check.     $55K
  • 70K Semi-annual bonus
