E-Commerce Logistics Assistant:

Bachelors Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred 1

• 3 years of Logistics, Transportation, or Supply Chain Experience is a big plus Experience with ERP and WMS systems, FedEx/UPS software is a plus Proficient in Microsoft Suites (Word / Excel) Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines Able to communicate and work well in a team environment Able to work overtime as needed Responsibilities of the

E-Commerce Logistics Assistant:

Coordinate daily outbound e-commerce, retail, wholesale, and B2B shipments across multiple warehouse locations. Schedule parcel, LTL, FTL, and transfer shipments while ensuring on-time delivery and compliance with customer routing requirements. Prepare and maintain shipping documentation, including BOLs, packing lists, labels, and transportation records. Monitor shipments, resolve transportation issues, and coordinate with carriers, warehouse teams, and internal departments. Analyze freight costs, investigate chargebacks and invoice discrepancies, and support claims resolution. Maintain accurate shipment data in ERP, WMS, and TMS systems and assist with inventory reconciliation. Develop logistics SOPs and identify opportunities to improve transportation efficiency and fulfillment accuracy. Support cross-functional projects and continuous improvement initiatives within supply chain operations.
